In the end, it is not us to decide, it is determined by copyright law. It is better to be safe and ethical. If you have two pictures taken from the same target at the same time and they look similar you should just sell better of them and destroy the other.
You are giving Unique Images the exclusive right to sell and transfer your Photo and copyright on a worldwide basis with the price you have determined.
No. We have an exclusive contract on Photos you have submitted. That means you can’t use that same Photo (or similar) to other Third Party and you can’t use it directly yourself either.
Yes if your Photo needs releases, you must supply them during Photo upload or mark them editorial only.
“Similar Photo” means when compared, the content is substantially the same. If you even sightly think Photos are similar, it is better not to sell them as a separate Photo.

Choose the appropriate category of quality. However, you should always fulfill the general requirements of a good photo. Consider Focus, Lighting, Noise, Compression, Sensor spots, Over Processing, and Object Isolation. Any low-quality photos are subject to rejection or ultimately refund.
